NOTICE: Dr Helena will be away from 22nd April-14th May 2025 and will be covered by her wonderful colleague, Dr Eleanor Cafra. She will be available on Monday afternoon and Wednesday mornings.

Chiropractic

Experience gentle, hands-on chiropractic care with Dr. Helena, who uses Applied Kinesiology to get to the root of your pain. We treat a wide range of conditions, from back pain and headaches to perinatal care and children's development. Easy on-the-spot claiming available for Private Health, WorkCover, TAC, Enhanced Care Plans, and DVA.

Massage by The Serenity Myotherapy

Target pain and tension with therapist Mika from Serenity Myo & Massage at The Chiro Room. Choose from remedial massage or myotherapy, and enhance your treatment with techniques like cupping, dry needling, hot stones, and lymphatic drainage. Pregnancy massage is also available. Open Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Most health funds accepted for on-the-spot claiming.

Dr Eleanor Cafra
(She/Her/Hers)

Dr Elle will be covering The Chiro Room while Dr Helena is on leave in April/May. Elle is a wonderful and highly skilled chiropractor with loads of experience to support all our patients at The Chiro Room. She also has a special interest in supporting women during pregnancy. She is a certified Webster Technique practitioner and has specialised training in ‘Spinning Babies’ and pediatric neurodevelopment to promote spinal health and optimal birth positioning.

Elle and will be available on Monday PM and Wednesday AM. Dr Helena returns on Wednesday 14th May 2025.
